The deep blue
Kelly and Nik showed us a museum in a park that we offen go to but had no idea that there was a museum there too. There was a cool excibition on about the deep blue sea. So we went and it was way cool. Lots of photos taken at the ocean bed, and some formaldihided fish in boxes..that was not very nice but the photos were amazing. i've lived in the city three years and didn't have a clue that there was this little science museum right there. I suspect i will be going again as it cost just 20nt to get in...that's less 40 pence. It was however overly airconed but the kids didn't seem to care. they had fun running about looking at bright luminated pictures of strange animals.
wow, you all have some great stuff there. Teena keeps asking when we can go visit my "Taiwan sister", so remember this place for when we arrive. (jk of course)

I'm Paula, and i live with my beautiful daughter, Sarah, here in Taiwan. I am British, but came over her to be with Tom.
Tom is the boyfriend (the driver) he's British too, but really Taiwanese.
I came over 6 months after him, thinking i'd stay a year max...3 years later i am still here.
Friends that you will often see on here:
Heather, Nykolas, Mia and Lili and one husband, Chad. She's American, but i try not to hold that against her! *(only joking) She has a Yaya, called Resa who is a good laugh and great with all the kids.
Anna and Tilly (or Titty as Sarah so lovingly calls her!) she is Australian and married to a Taiwanese guy, Steve.
The three of us hang out at the weekends more often than not. Our girls are all the same age (Sarah is 5 days older than Lili and Tilly is the youngest by a few months).
It's really nice that they are the same age, even if they don't always play so nicely together...2 year olds what do you expect!
